Lisa Payne
Owner & Beauty Therapist
Lisa has over 25 years of experience as a beauty therapist. Lisa studied beauty in Worcester and became the owner of the retreat in 2002 after working for Ragdale Hall and Cannons. Lisa is trained in a variety of treatments including Elemis, Jessica, Dermaplaning & Intimate waxing.
She has two wonderful children a dog & a tortoise with her husband Mike, who is a local landlord of The Arch Rivals Micropub & Brewery in Worcester.

Amanda Henry
Beauty Therapist
Amanda has 20+ years experience in the Beauty industry. She had previously worked 5 years at Cannons and then the Beauty Centre for 15 years.
Amanda had taken a break when she had her son and is now back with The Retreat.
Beth Cooper
Beauty Therapist
Beth has been in the beauty industry for 7 years and has worked in both a salon and spa environment. Her passion within the industry are manicures, brow lamination and lash lifts.
Beth studied at Worcester College and has trained in a large variety of treatments such as HD Brows, Intermate Waxing and Sienna X spray tanning.
Beth loves to experiment new designs on nails and will give anything a go!
